QuickCheck adds the political read

YES announced an enhanced version of the YES QuickCheck assessment report, adding a read of the local political environment to the zoning, utility and timeline work the report already covered. The point of the addition is simple: what a town is allowed to approve and what that board actually approves are two different questions, and only one of them is answered by the ordinance.
