Where we work
North Carolina, southern and Tidewater Virginia, and coastal and northern South Carolina for anything that ends in a hearing. That is where we know the boards, the staff and the submittal calendars.
The written work is not limited that way. A QuickCheck reads the public record, so we will run one on any parcel we can reliably identify in a jurisdiction that publishes enough to read. In markets that are new to us we work alongside local counsel and local civil, and we say so up front.
