Each one takes a single product type, such as healthcare, EV charging or active adult, and reads it against the meeting record across hundreds of municipalities: how often it comes up, where it gets approved, what conditions come attached, and which jurisdictions have turned it down more than once.
It is not a forecast, and we will not tell you it is. It is a count of what has already happened, which is the honest limit of what a record can show. What it is good for is deciding where to look first, and which conversations to have before you option anything.
